• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Not content with reading between the lines - we have now created punctuation police. Aggressive use of question marks on a public forum is absolutely a yellow card offence. Any further punctuation aggression and you will be off!!

    Walta

Everyone seems to have forgotten we have significant funding invested in Innoussa too. There was talk a while back of clubs tracking Ronald. If we could cash in on Vip Cullennand Ronald we might be able to really inject some quality in key positions. Particularly if the likes of Lissah Congreve...

NO Ronald and Parker starts - should be interesting. My own gripeis I would like to see Walta in place of Cullen

    Championship finances

Galbraith's injury will hopefully damp down summer interest - as I really want him to stay. I like Vipotnik too - and we did great to extend his contract - BUT With Idah already here - I would absolutely cash in on Vip in the summer to provide the resources to balance the books and invest. IMO...

    US and Iran

Libya has large oil fields - but deep in the African continent so does Nigeria. Just for scale - USA 55 billion barrels, Libya 47 billion and Nigeria 37 billion Smurph is 100% correct - the vast majority of Americans cannot recognise anything outside their borders. The general level of...

If we dont start Parker today - he has no business taking up a place in the match day squad. I know this is tough opposition - but this is a man's game - and at some stage you have to set foot on to the big stage. He turns 20 in July - he is not a teenager any more.

    Walta

Seen enough - walta is very good - just needs to toughen up physically for ghe championship. Any minutes given to Cullen ahead of him are a mistake right now.

    Adam Idah

He is massively affected by confidence- but Key can be top quality at times. I think the competition should be Key and Lissah at RB with s loan for Parker

    Adam Idah

Actually - so was Eom!! He bemuses me - the stats are weak - but my eyeballs tells me he is absolute quality at times. Ronalds stats exactly match my eyeballs He should never be starting

    Widdel

Your screenshot shows the oceans of space - if we cannot score from those positions we can forget challenging for the playoffs. Some players convert chances instinctively and others dont. I fear we have seen enough gilot edged chances drop to Melker to establish he is in the latter group. I...

    Adam Idah

If you think a player who has zero starts, zero assists and zero goals at a League One side is adequate depth.. then I think we differ. Bobby has some potential - but in 10 games he has started on the bench 10 times and has played only 12% of available minutes. Looking forward, I am way more...

    Widdel

Compare and contrast Idah's finish with Widdell's lack thereof. You will immediately see the difference between a goal scorer and a nearly man. The first time strike took any chance of a block out of the equation - Melker's touch and steadying himself invited the defender to do his job. For the...

    Widdel

Err maybe the more was putting it in the net. He is a serial nearly man. Having said that - i love his general game

    Adam Idah

That was an eye-opener yesterday. Idah looked really good in his cameo. This opens up a fantastic opportunity for us to potentially cash in on VIP, bringing in a cheaper striker as competition, and then invest in the areas of the team that are desperate. If we start next season with Burgess...

In other news - I saw this article on the BBC. Surely the exclusion of Ronald from this list is a further example of institutional bias against our Swans!! https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/cvg0wgy2ve7o

❌World Cup 2026❌ Cymru 1 Bosnia 1 (Bosnia win 4-2 on pens) | 26/03/2026 | The Official Match Thread | The Cardiff City Stadium

For the record - I love Bellamy as a young and exciting coach. HOWEVER!! Last night there were some VERY questionable game management decisions. Brennan Johnson (forget the penalty) was useless. He blows hot and cold - but when he is cold he is awful - needed to be hooked. Cullen and Harris were...
