Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
Oh what a surprise.
Do you just do it to be edgy?
Clearly it's not just the Swans but it's any negativity you can find in life. I bet you whinge like nobody's business when you find a crisp wrapper on the road after the bin bags have been collected.
Not great performances but we've just drawn away to a team that have won 6(?) on the bounce and drew with England there less than 12 months ago.
Tuchel is finding it isn't that easy to string performances together at international level and he's won the Champions League and managed the best in...
Yates, another top example of mismanagement.
I actually think he'd be ok as back up next season but £3m on back up? Kuharevich another mess too.
Hopefully new owners will bring some promise.
Yeah the P&S thing was obviously exaggerated but the losses are still incredible on the P&L every season and so many opportunities missed.
Along with signing the likes of Pedersen on such large wages. Gross negligence of the highest order.
Isnt it miserable when we've sold all and sundry of any value that we are still worrying about finances especially P&S.
Sold Piroe, Ntcham, Obafemi, Grimes, Downes, Wood in the last two years alone for over £30m and still in a mess.
Talk about awful mismanagement. Absolute jokers.
Never say never absolutely. Just some people, not you Clive, are more than content to award points to teams who haven't played yet and give us losses at the same time.
When we've still achieved 7 points from 5 games when others have done far worse.
Ultimately if we get four points that means Derby need 11 from 7 along with Cardiff 10 from 7, Stoke the same to overtake us. They won't all achieve that.
I think the hysteria I was referring to is more people saying that we could be bottom three in the next three or four games.
I have no doubt that it'll be close but I genuinely think we won't have a run as bad as Luke's 1 win in 10 for the run in.
I agree to an extent. It's going to be a bit nervy over the next few games but when you look at the fixture list the other teams can't keep picking up wins they have over the last couple of weeks.
Stoke in particular have a nightmare run in. They'd be ones to watch for the drop
I'm sorry the hysteria on here is ridiculous.
So you're telling me that we will be in the relegation zone with 4 or 5 games to go with 45/47 points (providing we only lose 1 of the games against Plymouth and Derby) and that five teams will have picked up enough points to overtake us by then...
