Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
I’ve made the same point, can’t see why they’re not getting scrutinised like the last lot. They’re getting a pass and if rumours are to be believed there’s a complete looney in charge of the whole thing. Bonkers.
I know nothing about the bloke so good luck to him. I know that no one cares what I think but I’m gonna tell you anyway - it’s a terrible, terrible idea and if it happens this board is going to make more of a mess of this than the last lot. This time next year we’ll be following Cardiff around...
If managing Barcelona and Bayern before Man City and being one of the most decorated managers in the history of the universe is having ‘no managerial experience’ that’s a pretty high bar you’ve set for us there.
I get that, it’s a point of view. Nothing is perfect and the BBC should be held to the highest scrutiny. They’ve let things slip and haven’t helped themselves at times, but some things are worthy of reform and improvement. I would have used the same argument regarding staying in the EU and...
I’m sure many feel the same way as it’s essentially a tax. I happen to believe it provides exceptionally good value. Regardless, that is a different debate regarding the BBC to the one that’s been going on here where some people would like to see a foreign despot in charge of a hostile...
Understandable. I’m sure the UK equivalent to Russia Today - GB News, is much more up your street. Of all the subscription based broadcasters out there not one provides anything like the value or output of the BBC at a tenth of the cost.
Getting fed up of you mugs tearing down the walls out...
