    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    It does feel a little like Alfie Mawson to Fulham… was becoming a top championship defender but left 1-2yrs too early… (Although injuries did play a part for him)

    It’s even more annoying as after he’d given the ball away he didn’t really put much effort to get it back. Should have been much more committed with his tackle.

    He’s meant to be the enforcer of the team, but is probably the least determined player in the squad. I know it’s a sweeping generalisation but you’d think a defensive midfielder who came through the Scottish youth systems would have a bit more about him? 🤷‍♂️

    It does make you wonder what Bianchini and VP do in the training sessions? Can only assume they don’t work hard enough and Cullen does 🤷‍♂️

    There’s been a few suggestions that we give him a 1 year rolling contract - this seems to assume he wouldn’t be offended by a low ball offer…his stock has never been so high, and I’m sure his agent is fielding a number of offers from other clubs. After the work he has put in if we came along...

    if we’re going for a hard working lightweight forward, it should maybe be Bianchini…at least he can use pace to stretch the channels. Cullen and Fulton look lost out there.
