All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
Thank you though for all the memories

What is going to happen between now&end of the season?
We’ve been getting 1.5pts a game under Matos pretty consistently. Bar Sheehans caretaker stints that’s the best performance of a permanent manager since Cooper. It’s enough for 70 points in a season which is not far off the play offs at all. It definitely means we don’t need half a new starting...- Flash

That is fair but last season I we had so many players running out of contract that needed replacements, compare that to now and a lot of our players have 3 or 4 years left:- Flash

I just don’t see Galbraith fetching that much of a fee after this season. He’s a brilliant player and fantastic for us and I think we’ll keep him another season. He’s not done enough to stand out and command the fees some people have suggested on here.- Flash

Given the fact that we gave a new contract to Vipotnik I doubt we’re in a rush to sell him. Unless it includes a chunky release fee that someone has to meet. And if that happens it’s a win for all parties.- Flash

No way do we need an overhaul, we’ve got a lot of young players in their first season of championship football. We’re already getting the points to be close to top 6 since Matos. A bit of strengthening in a few positions is all we need and can probably afford.- Flash

I think with Galbraiths stint at RB and his injury at the end of the season might make clubs hold off on him. And like Vipotnik, his physical stats aren’t anything special which will make prem clubs less interested.- Flash

Yeah we only really got to see him mostly under Sheehan and carrying an injury that eventually sidelined him. I’m hoping we can see more from him next season.
