Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
From a statistics perspective you could say that he has excellent defensive contribution and his positional sense to actually BE in attacking situations is excellent. His judgement and execution to take advantage of such situations however is very low.
He had a good start to the season with 3...

Nice interview with Idah. Glowing in his praise for Viptonik and the relationship the two of them have as both team mates and rivals for the spot up front
Inoussa has trickery and pace
Sheehan did his best to coach that out of him
He was also apparently carrying a niggling injury from last season which the club decided to put right even if it meant he missed almost half of this one
In fairness the first one VAR had no remit to look at it under UEFA guidelines
The second one for sure though especially considering the penalty in the first leg against Bayern should have been given
Ref has copped out of two handballs against PSG
First one would have been a second yellow for sure for breaking up an attack
Second one would have been a penalty
VAR didn't even check the second one
Thats like saying that Ngolo Kante wasn't worth the money paid for him by Chelsea because he has only scored 29 goals over 13 seasons as a professional footballer.
For me it lost its sparkle several world cups ago
Even when we made the last one under Page I was apathetic at best
Now its gone from a sparkle to drab to a needlessly expensive turd
There is nothing magical about a tournament where a single ticket to a single game costs more than what most...
News articles have quoted Matos in saying that the Swans would only consider selling if sides brought "serious money" and one other article I had found said that the Swans had set a 30m euro fee on him.
As always pinches of salt in various flavours need to be taken
Agree with almost all of that. Santos and Burgess were signed at a time when Cabango was the only senior center half at the club, to get one hit and one miss on essentially two free transfers is nothing to complain about at all.
Overall our transfer business has been more hits than misses this...
I remember watching him in a youth cup game last season and he bossed the midfield. Sadly we lost that game but I remember there being lots of worries of him being poached elsewhere
Bodde had one of the finest ranges of passing I have ever seen in any player from any division let alone when he was ruling League One with an iron fist.
I will never forget that goal against Preston
Lobbed goals from near the halfway line are not incredibly uncommon these days
But you still...
In order for me from worst to best:
Benson was absolutely awful, I am 43 and 20 stone and haven't done more than 10 minutes of exercise in any single given day for the last fifteen years and I am confident that I could have offered more than he did
Nunes started off very promising, some pacey...
