    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    Thank you though for all the memories

    The commercial department is a joke. Increasing income to help FFP is an easy task but year after year the merchandise on offer at the club shop is very poor. 2026 calendars not available yet , no Xmas range. It’s pathetic really.

    Mixed views on Cullen. Would Laudrup have him in the team - I don’t think so. For me he’s had many more chances than most youngsters coming through the academy. He’s just not good enough / too small : too weak and the free kick on Wednesday just summed it up for me / league one player at best...

    Life is hard no matter what age you are these days. The most loyal swans fans turn up every week but there are more and more turning their backs on match days. The football is boring , predictable , lethargic and NOT entertaining. This is a big worry for the ownership group as match day...

    I just don’t get this bull shit from AS post match press conference. We were totally outclassed and on most other days would have lost 5/6-0 Just be honest and say we were miles off it and deserved nothing from a woeful performance. The fans deserve more. I want more than this rubbish on offer.

    The problem with parking is the exit is also used by park and ride traffic and be prepared to be sitting in your car for 45 minutes waiting to exit the car park. It’s a nightmare after matches.

    To be fair to Sheehan , his substitutions were early tonight and they improved us. Hanging on a bit towards the end and a turgid first half. Still a lot of improvement needed but take the 3 points and move on to Leicester.

    My take on the game - nowhere enough urgency in the first half , play was slow and methodical. Playing inoussa in front of tymon takes away tymons attacking ability.     Stamenic flying back from NZ squad

    Recovery times : Grade 1 strain : 1/2 weeks Grade 2 strain : 3/6 weeks Grade 3 strain : 3/4 months Grade 3 is a complete tear. From NZ it is thought a slight tear , so hopefully 2 weeks out. Probably out of contention for Hull , Forest and maybe Birmingham too. 🙁
