• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

    The Wrexham v Cardiff Thread

Deadpool OUT 😅 If the scum go on to win it could be one of those beginning of the end milestones for Parkinson. They won’t be happy losing to a Welsh club in a lower league with all that money spent

    The Wrexham v Cardiff Thread

A game you’d hope both clubs could lose. Still hoping for some sort of brawl leading to an obscene record of red cards.

The fact he had his name in the seats is one of the cringiest things I’ve seen in football for quite some time. What a bellend

Not sure Smurph I think that was an awkward height and travelled fast. Hell of a ball though. Had there been more of this with VIP on earlier we may have got something here

Majority of possession even with a man down but no shots on target. This has been the Swansea way for far too long now. Its poor football and it’s really, really boring

    Cardiff or Wrexham ?

Got to be Wrexham. Can’t stand the arrogance of their fans. Cardiff used to behave the same way but came down to earth/looked in the mirror ages ago, we had a lot to do with that over the years. I hate Cardiff as much as the next Jack, memories of ‘gas a Jack’ and horse impressions in the away...

Fair play to you for not choking on your words given how harsh you were on him

It seems to be a thing in football generally but I’ve always felt we have been particularly cursed by this

    Charlie Kirk

No person whatsoever, whether they be on the left or right, deserves to suffer violence let alone be killed for the beliefs they hold and express. Absolutely disgusting sentiments coming from the left over social media the last few days. It’s like the word ‘fascist’ has completely lost meaning...

    Play-offs

Yeah and then factor in how many fans from both clubs would be travelling from different parts of the country. The tube in particular would be a nightmare

    Play-offs

I wonder how things would have all played out had they got past Reading in the semi finals. At the very least the M4 and Paddington would have been…interesting

The emotions shown in the pans to the Palace fans was really quite something. Lots of kids there too with memories they will never forget. Christ I’d love for us to be up there again
