    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    Thank you though for all the memories

    Wrexham on course to win their fourth in a row since we beat them. Thought they looked crap and were gonna get dragged into the relegation battle. Nice ball from Eom there but nobody on the end of it. A point here to go with the two wins this week would cap off the Xmas fixtures nicely.

    Wish we wouldn’t insist on going down when there’s a chance to stay up and play on. Inoussa could have easily gone around Bidwell then instead of jumping into him looking for the foul.

    Right back is priority #1 in January then we can bring him back into midfield. At the moment he pretty much has to play RB because Key is terrible.

    Last season we got stuck in horrific traffic around Worcester and missed most of the first half. This year we’ve got a flat tyre on the m5. Someone really doesn’t want me to see us at Coventry for some reason!

    It was quite common in the days before floodlights for there to be games on Christmas, Boxing Day and the nearest Saturday, which could be the following day as it is this year. Same thing over Easter as well, it was normal to play on the Friday & Monday bank holidays and Easter Saturday. In the...

    We haven’t lost there since they moved to their new ground. Even though we were 3-0 down under Martin before drawing 3-3. I’d expect a few changes for this with more winnable games coming up in the following days - expect to see a few of Idah, Key, Cullen, Casey and Samuels-Smith.
