Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
Dont think any of us are writing Walta off in fact I think it's quiet the opposite, we know he's got the potential to be a star, we just want to see him on the pitch.
Even looking at the stats for this season Leicester should be the winners today, ( more goals shots passes etc ) added to the fact we haven't beaten them at their ground since 1950 means I'm personally not holding out too much hope.
U21's have fallen away in recent weeks at one point it looked as though they had a real chance of winning the league now they slipped up and all the games in hand have counted for very little, pity really
I agree that some of our players need replacing but your list goes way over the top, what i would say is that our starting 11 contains 3 or 4 that wouldn't be in a top teams squad nevermind 11.
My post was about Matos's reluctance to use Walta and because people thought he was too lightweight when in reality so is Yalcoue who looks about 5 stone dripping wet and it was his ( yalcoue) first touch that was a back pass when he was specifically brought on to drive us upfield. Personally i...
Which bit of my statement do you disagree with, MY was brought on to get us up the pitch quicker but his very first touch today was to turn and knock it back.
All those that are saying that Walta atm isnt up to the physicality of the champ maybe right but on today and fridays showing neither is Yalcoue yet VM keeps bringing him on imho he's only had 1 good game and that was against Sheff Wed.
But whilst here he's been getting splinters on the bench so a couple of hard games wouldn't have knackered him out, personally i think that first half performance against PNE has wrongly turned VM against him. He really should have been on in front of Culls yesterday.
