We were far and away the better football side on that pitch tonight, we almost deserved a point, but for Tymon's brain fart and Peart Harris' lack of basic ball control and cool head at the critical moment.     This game tomorrow will be a big pointer to the rest of the season for me. There's a lot of optimism about and many expect our third win on the trot. That usually spells disaster with the Swans. If by some miracle we play really well and come away with three points, I might start believing.

    Personally I make it with water, and always add a small pinch of salt. It's ideal for making in the microwave if you get the proportions right. Stir half way through. You can top it with all sorts when made - milk, cream, honey, yoghurt, fruit ( but I'd draw the line at salmon).
