    Quite possible that he wouldn't. However signing no one else and sticking with just Cullen as the alternative also wouldn't improve us (which is current the case). For 200k i would have rolled the dice. Irrelevant now anyway, interesting to see how he does in league 1.

    Totally agree. I'm no fanboy of the club's hierarchy, but I dont know what else we could have done here. We did bid for him while he was under contract and Exeter rejected that knowing that going to tribunal would be a risk and their decision is final and has no appeal. The system is terrible...
