    To be honest I'm not surprised that The Council have listened to the vox populi. It was a pretty unpalatable decision by NPT, and one which shouldnt have been made in the first place. What a waste of valuable officer time and money which could have been put to better use.

    Yep same here, constant whistling in the left ear, I can block it out most of the time in the day as there other noises around, it's worse in bed when its quiet, mine isnt that bad, I deal with it.
