    That defence is a worry. Try one more time with Darling but don't pay over the odds. Christie, Pedersen & Tjoe a On can all go. We realistically need 3-4 defenders alone to come in this summer.

    This in a nutshell. I have a mate in the media & not long after he joined he said exactly the same thing. Word for word. His self belief will get him another job of fairly decent standing, but we know he wont change.
