    Another gutless performance

Grimes used to play it back behind the press after we'd beaten the press. It was comical. Leicester showed us how to move the ball yesterday. A lot of that was simply mindset, not player talent. The player talent came in when they got it to the pointy end. Then they would use it and take...

That outrages me, and being outraged makes me happy.

I do quite miss the days when I could basically name the whole team and there was only one sub. Squads, my arse.

100% this for me Pegs. I don’t think we have any idea of what actually is our best team yet, but if starters are changed every match, it’ll never ‘jelly’.

    Old Farm Derby.

You are a nasty piece of work Jaxs 🤣🤣 Would be highly amusing.

I think this is very perceptive indeed, and something I have been guilty of since Covid changed my Saturday ‘live’ habit that has never returned.

He did win a lot of games by sheer spawny luck!

If he persists with Cullen as a starter anywhere on the pitch, it’ll be a mistake. I thought Cullen as starting AM would be better than no AM, but I think I was kidding myself. I don’t know where Cullen can play…he has a goal or assist in him every now and again, but that’s not enough to move...

I do wonder if his ego will let him accept that it’s anything to do with him. Most people I’ve met like that don’t have self doubt and it never eats away at them. Unless it’s just a fake front, in which case he’ll be dying inside, but I don’t think so.

Yeah, I’m thinking next February or March is the time for any comparisons or reviews - not 9 games, that’s loopy. Unless we’re right down at the arse end and having 2 shots per game, which I don’t think will happen. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t comment or rant on on individual games in the...

Ronald’oh would be a better full back than 🔑 on current form.

    Alan Sheehan.

Give it time and space. Far too early to make predictive judgements. It’s frustrating at the moment for sure as it’s not clicking. Surely no one’s arguing that. I think about 20 other clubs in the division might say the same as it’s all much of a muchness. My Millwall mate was expecting...

15 years includes Michu too. If it’s 5, as you say, is anyone seriously comparing Vipotnik with Piroe? I don’t know why there’s a need for people (not you JF) to dress what we’re seeing up as brilliant, or garbage tbh. If I had to come up with two words to describe it, it would be ‘needs...

I can’t really argue with any of that Vetch, but I’m still hoping for him to get the jigsaw right and grow as a head coach. As you say it’s different, so he has to learn and improve and has to be given some space to do so. Will, he? I don’t know. I hope so.

    Another gutless performance

There was one point when Burgess just stood on the ball after we’d passed it back from the edge of their box and I could see him channelling his inner Wood-Gordon. I’m still hoping for better. We do pass through lines sometimes now, it’s just we don’t really know what to do next 😆

I thought EOM was one of the few in white trying to make something happen or do something interesting. Overall it was a decent display against a better (but not anything special) team, but there’s a hall of a way to go before the performance can be called satisfactory. If that were the end...
