Three Minute ‘Hydration’ Breaks in all World Cup Matches

Absolutel 👍🏼 My Aunty and Uncle and cousins lived near Toronto and they had really cold winters and really warm summers. They had the textbook definition of true seasons.

I remember the camera angle being practically on the floor at Fratton Park for that match, I remember Nathan Dyer scored and it was a ‘cup upset’ and the away end was open.

Records are there to be broken. We have to remember Coventry hadn’t beaten us since 1983, before last season. Fingers crossed. 😲

Three Minute ‘Hydration’ Breaks in all World Cup Matches

No one is saying there shouldn’t be a comfort break in matches played in really hot weather. The fact they will all be 3 minutes long and it looks like every match will have this is the thing that is annoying me. Some of these matches are being played in arenas with air conditioning. Toronto can...

Three Minute ‘Hydration’ Breaks in all World Cup Matches

The club World Cup last year was really unwatchable for me. Football is such a different thing to American Football. 🏈 We know we get all the interruptions in that sport. Football is a sport about building momentum and not having too many long stoppages, but this and VAR is destroying all that.

Three Minute ‘Hydration’ Breaks in all World Cup Matches

I enjoyed that one. 2002 was crap with kick off times being in the middle of the night and in the morning whilst I was in work. 2006...

FA Cup Third Round - Swansea City v West Bromwich Albion

They didn’t have much chance to see the coast so they all came out on mass, thinking it would be a lovely experience, but the match was in winter so they were all gutted. They were bored of the mountainous Hawthorns being the highest football ground in all four Divisions.

I was thinking about the last 20 years at the stadium and matches that have been postponed there. I can remember… 1. Gillingham - Frozen Pitch, before we had undersoil heating. 2. Ospreys v Scarlets - Pipes frozen so no water supply, match played the next day. All the Scarlets players had gone...
