Whilst that's mostly true, his substitutions are always predictable and like for like. He never changes the formation (like playing 2 up front if we're chasing a goal) and the changes are usually made at similar times during every game; a couple at 60-65 minutes, another one or two at 75...

He's had an unknown injury this season, which kept him out for a couple of months so he missed 10 games because of that. Still doesn't seem to be used much by them, other than as a rotation player (late substitute, cup games etc)
