That's a fan mock up with an incorrectly spelt sponsor. Maybe as a 3rd kit in different colours but for a home kit, that's far too busy for me.

That Watford kit looks awful with that sponsor. Even the club don't like it, it was plain black last year but the sponsors have re-branded & insisted on using the new one. Watford are now selling sponsor-less shirts on their website.
