I'll let you know after the Oxford game, we were moving the ball quicker & looking better at the start yesterday but it only lasted about 20 minutes.

He's had at most 3 full training sessions with the players, give him a bloody chance. He's now got a week to work with them before the Oxford game so at least see what the approach is in that game.

We have to be concerned about relegation given the way we're playing & the teams below us. I know the gap to the bottom 3 is OK now but I can't see any way that Norwich & Sheffield United will continue to be this bad, if they're still there in January they'll invest in the transfer window
