    Completely agree. He sprints as if he's wading through treacle but we've seen he's got a brilliant shot on him. The main problem he's had here (as you said) is we don't get the ball to him quick/often enough. My fear would be spending a few million more on this other guy, only for him to come up...

    You can be an attacking midfielder from a central position though, which is where I'd have him playing (with Franco behind). He looked a bit lost out wide yesterday, quite awkward when the ball came to him on the touchline

    It was odd to see Widell playing from the left, he struggled to get involved much. I think we would have looked better with Franco, Galbraith and Widell in midfield, Ronald LW and Inoussa RW

    The one he hit straight at the keeper? I did say I may have forgotten one 😂 They're going to be playing PSG next season, while we'll be playing Charlton so context is very important in terms of the standard of opposition today.     So we're just talking about the first 15 minutes of the second half then? In which time we failed to score (I don't remember us having a shot either but I may be wrong) and we only scored from a penalty which was won immediately after they made 3 subs

    It was partly that but mostly that Lorient were 3:0 up and took their foot off the gas, as well as replacing almost their whole team
