Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
Had interesting leaflet through the door from Freedragon.uk party Katon Bouzalakos
On one side it laid out key priorities such as
Reduce Spending by Government
Support Local Farmers
Prioritise Local businesses & residents in council contracts
etc. etc.
I then read the other side of the leaflet...
I reckon Phils had a massive offer to buy the domain name and its boosted his retirement fund so he can go an live in the sun.
Hope the site can stay alive in some guise as it is a great source of information and you get to come across some weirdos you'd never meet in real life.
What about contact lenses. I've been wearing them for over 30 years (not the same pair). They made a huge difference as I am a Techy and was for ever pushing my glasses back up on my noses when working looking down.
If they did have handrail in the middle of the isle it would be a crush point.
I sit high up in the West Stand and there are people jostling to go up and down at the end of the game as people want to go down to the exits and people coming up to go to the Premier entrance.
Before the game...
The steps are even worse when wet.
I do see a few older people in the West stand who sit high up that are not Premier seat members using the premier seat member entrance which is high up in the West.
If you are old or have balance issues I am sure you just need to ask the ticket office or...
What are people expecting to happen on the night who don't normally go to the football.
Is Snoop going to be doing a pre match concert or are people who don't normally go hoping to catch a glimpse of him in the stands.
If it makes them come back again then all well and good.
