    That picture is equally misleading, the ball is still 4 yards or so away from the goal. The penalty was along the floor so there is no mistaking the angle with height. The goalkeeper would need to have 7 foot long legs to just "stick a leg out" and save that :LOL:

    Comparing him to Beattie is beyond harsh when you consider the quality of service that was available to our strikers in that season of the Championship and now. I will stick my neck out and say that in side with a proper attacking cutting edge he would be a 20 goal striker no doubt.

    Derby match next Saturday.

    A win next weekend would 10 points between us and Derby with 6 games to play assuming they lose on Wednesday - though in fairness to them they have won 3 on the spin. Almost certainly that would be enough to see us over the line.

    It may not seem like it, but that draw was huge for what it means with the table. With goal differences being largely similar that one point crucially means that we are outside of two wins for Derby and Luton to catch us.
