    In his last season with Cov he was more than just a finisher, his all round game was very good. Whatever the reason we didn't see it & Cooper didn't seem to either. Doesn't really matter now, it's in the past & we've moved on.

    Business rates are set by the Welsh Assembly, Swansea Council have no control over the charge they just send out the bill & have to collect it on behalf of the Assembly.
