    That's fair enough. I've just got back from New York and am likely to go to Florida next year while my son is still the right age for the theme parks, so I'm not lecturing anyone. I also wouldn't knock anyone for choosing to steer clear of the country either personally.

    We can hate England all we want, but this isn't the Ministry of Truth, facts are facts. Southgate achieved England's second, third and joint fourth best tournament performances. If you're saying no manager is a success unless they win the tournament they're in, that's some pretty harsh criteria.
