    I drive a Lexus GS300H which is a self-charging hybrid and I get about 45mpg out of it which is pretty good for a 2.5L. It can be pretty quick too when needed but I tend to buy a car for comfort these days.

    I know we have a game on Tuesday but I must admit I was a bit concerned that we made so many changes after we'd scored the second that it might disrupt our shape and momentum. I wonder if wouldn't have conceded if we'd just managed the game better rather than making wholesale changes.

    I've only been there once, December 2004, and we won 1-0. Pego was at that one too. I remember the month clearly as it was about 2 weeks before we moved from Shropshire to Somerset so will have been here 20 years in December. Hard to believe.

    I agree with pretty much all of that but how many of our players are playing anywhere near their potential? A manager has several jobs and one of them is getting all the players playing to the best of their ability or at least consistently close to it, at least 90%. It's what gets teams like...
