• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Getting battered by Muff/Forest and last nights debacle. Conceding via the same old defensive errors.
Yes Russ, we know. Now fckn sort it out before our patient home crowd really does turn.

I've really told the players it wasn't acceptable doesn't wash anymore Russ.

There's something deeper than that and it needs a lot of work, including looking at yourself for your own deficiencies. Look back to the WBA game, that second half we were so dangerous and could have scored more because we adapted. We chipped balls over for Piroe to run onto. We need some variation

If he could see by the body language why wasn't he and the coaching team shouting from the touchline. I'm sure the players would have heard in such a quiet stadium.

It does seem more and more that there is the playing team and then there is the coaching team.

Thing is we did play some good stuff, but messed up by overplaying or too slow. Number of times I was shouting at the TV for a pass etc, but by the end of the game it was more ironic laughter at the passage of play.
