• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

I am glad this sort of stat is being brought up more often re Ronald, because it seems that his first half a dozen or so appearances for the club - where he was half decent - still seem to hold a lot of sway with people.

The reality is he's a very unproductive player, and for someone who plays that position that is a real problem.
Took some flack off some posters for starting this thread 15 months ago, in the meantime he's got progressively worse...

Managers since he's been here have tended to use him a lot. Not sure why. He looked absolutely mustard when he first arrived, but has flattered to deceive since. Whilst I can't fault his workrate, he doesn't create enough and goes down far, far too easily. Eom is a much better option out wide, and I'm still far from convinced that he wouldn't be better more centrally anyway.

Inoussa needs a decent run of five or six games to see if he can get up to full speed.
I could fault his workrate because it's dreadful and his attitude has also gone with it now too
