The point about reliance on loanees is one I've made several times recently.
Like it or not, they are an integral part of our team at the moment, particularly outstanding keeper Rushworth, and our most effective striker (which isn't saying much) Lowe.
Do you trust the Yanks to back the club and replace these players with those of similar or greater ability in the summer? I don't.

"This isn’t a difficult thing to understand but it leaves the keeper with little option to pass the ball short to a central defender who by this time are being closed down by the attackers. We simply have to create a team that wants the ball and looks for it but that comes back to the same problem discussed with the central midfielders above."

The above speaks volumes.

So many players go hiding, whether it's by choice or total lack of positional sense, who knows.

It's a team game, but there are so many occasions when teamwork is non existent. Too much reactive than proactive.
