A squeeze of lemon juice at the marinade stage is the key to a tender tikka. No,The Strand multi storey.
The chicken was a little tough but had a nice taste.
Looks amazing that, can you buy these Matt Cooper spices in shops or is just online? looks well nice, I just watched a video on you tube about it, looks a doddle to make as well.I have tried to perfect chicken tikka so many times and after playing with multiple combos and tasting various online purchases, I have to say that the Matt Cooper Bites mix is the best of the best.
Would you like me to treat you to a sample, Darran?

I don’t add oil or water to mine. Instead I use natural yogurt and a squeeze of lemon juice. He didn’t use it in the video, but did mention it, I also add red food colouring so it looks even more like restaurant quality.
Yes, I have used the air fryer with chicken thighs, it gives it a little bit of char. Also done it on the BBQ, but I think the air fryer method is better. Thanks mate, I've got loads of stuff in the cupboard to use up for chicken,, But I will bear in mind ordering when I run out, looks like the method you use on the website, he does just that. Although don't think he put any lemon in. What way do you cook yours? On this video I'm about to show, he suggests cooking in an air fryer? I wouldn't fancy that..
