I think it's time to move him on
Issue really is his contract, and the fact his partner is a weather presenter on s4c, this is not gonna happen. Will be shocked if it does.

Ollie is awkward in that he doesn't really seem to fall into one of the defined positions in a squad.
He reminds me more of the kid who would get picked for a kickabout in the school yard rather than someone who played in a pre determined position.

Some players flourish in that kind of free role, but Ollie never had the quality to make something like that happen for himself. Lots of energy and a nuisance for defenders and midfielders alike, but he struggles to create and his end product is just not up to Championship standards.

Another one who, if we have to replace, I’d rather keep. If we’ve simply got too many players and we need to trim the numbers I could understand, but if we sell and replace with another sub there’s no point. He’s proven that he’s good enough to compete for a place in a championship matchday squad, an even as an international under the right guidance.
