Interrupted Rhythms: The International Break That Came Too Soon

One thing we know from the past is our form dips after an international break.

I understand that the WC qualifiers have to be fitted in, but don't get why friendlies should trump the PL & Championship.

The good news is, we are not the only one's who can be affected by the international break! For me, the glass is half full not half empty! While away the player's know what they have been disciplined into during training sessions. They meditate on these new skills and patterns so the break is a good time. It's like a mustle, you exercise it but it don't grow stronger until you take a rest from it right!? The international break can be used as an excuse if the discipline goes wrong! This is where the coach steps up to the plate. He knows where the player's are and it is a case of refreshing them before the first game kicks off! International break for a poor performance is a poor excuse! They are professional so they know what needs to be done! They are up to speed, they know what needs to be done, so they simply need to pick up where they left off! If they lose but put in a good performance everyone will see that. If it's poor then there no excuse for pro's!

Come On You Swans 🙌👏👍🦢🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿!!!

Oh yeah, I nearly forgot, Sheezy loves this kind of Challenge. He know his role and he will rise above it! Going into a game with a tired or negative mindset you begin swimming up stream! Sheezy will tell you that negativity isn't an option going into any game, especially if you want to be successful!
