It's unbelievable how a boy of 15 can have the maturity to play in the Champions League and Premier League.
When I think back to me playing for the local football team at that age
But by God they have to be careful with Max in that professional environment, and he needs to be mentored by senior players especially. When I think of some of the banter in some dressing rooms I've been in
. And of course the horrendous stories back in the 80's and before, of ridiculous initiation stuff with young apprentices. Football on the pitch these days may be more sanitised, methodical and data driven etc (unfortunately)..and a bit boring,..but I think those Luddite practices have gone, thank goodness.
But I bet Arsenal will be top notch over his care. It's interesting from this Article the measures they are already taking.
