Any other manager would stop this Defensive sheete that sees us putting ourselves in danger every time

I’m not making any excuses for Russ because the football is awful BUT we are paying the price for having the combination of an inexperienced manager and a clueless board of directors.

I genuinely don’t think Russ has the experience to cope with what’s going on, even though he is partly responsible (along with the board and players and sell outs).

There’s no experience to speak of in the boardroom or team management.

We could end up in a relegation dogfight at this rate, if not this season then next season.

Nathan Wood and Sarinola have to be two of the worst players to have pulled on the shirt in recent memory yet he sees something in them that no one else does. He’s a crazy coconut and why, why, why does he insist on the three players at the back who have the least footballing ability in the whole team having most of the ball????!! They must have had 100 more touches than Piroe, Cooper and Whittaker combined. What can he possibly think will happen?

It worked to an extent last season, because despite his faults as a centre half defensively, Kyle Naughton was pretty good at brining the ball out and picking a pass. I’m not sure what Cabango and Wood are good at, but it isn’t defending and it isn’t possession football. Fisher and Latibeaudiere likewise.
