I wasn’t alive for the moon landings, so I’m finding all this rather exciting. They’re now out of Earth orbit and on their way towards the moon.

Strapping myself into that rocket is something way out of my comfort zone; being the first person to try something doesn’t appeal to me, happy to let others go first. Fascinating science though.

The numbers are mind boggling for this mission. Artemis ll was filled with 2.6 million litres of fuel. Estimated spend on the mission $107 billion.
