3-1 win on penalties, with Super John Cornforth, Ampadu and Torpey scoring our penalties - iconic names from that era.

This was the year I started supporting the Swans (glory grabber maybe? ), though my experience with them at Wembley a few years later wasnt as positive.

Great day out.
Nerve-wracking though.
Bus back felt like it only took a short while to get back from Wembley.
Only trouble was, got back to Swansea, off the pop and crisps bus, to find my car had been broken into.

That's a coincidence. Exactly the same happened with my wife's car.
