In the early 1950’s when they were building Briton Ferry bridge The Vernon Arms Hotel was in the way of one of the pillars so they cut the side off the pub and turned it into The Nin Arms Hotel.
What a feat of engineering. :lol:

No Dick demolished,it actually became a night club in the seventies.
