If we really are the last fixture to have bubbles then it's long past time to abolish them. Have a massive police presence and then ban every idiot from both clubs who cause any trouble.

The plod are lazy bastards though.

Much easier to classify all supporters as subhuman scum, and maintain a nice easy bubble, than deal with the minority (and it is a minority, on both sides) at source.

When you Google the head of football policing in the UK you'll understand why the bubble remains. He absolutely despises football fans, he still thinks it's 1984 not 2024.
