We've got a little further to go before we're able to match last seasons 16 points from the first 6 games, but importantly for me the performances this season have been more encouraging than those from the start of last season, where even at the time I felt our league position and results were somewhat flattering

As long as we don't lose anybody before Monday's deadline I think this squad is capable of challenging for the play offs quite easily... and maybe more!?

Agree, if you look at those first 6 last season it was only really Birmingham at home that we looked convincing.

Preston could and should have been out of sight down here at half time and the same with Leeds away. We are tight at the back and if we can start scoring a little more freely this could be a very good season

Plenty of reasons to be cheerful right now

And more to the point this is coopers squad, he started last season with what was really potters team, which was imo a big reason for the good start.

I do hope that cooper can develop himself to change formations and bring more subs into the game therefore making us a more rounded team.

? How should Cooper have changed formation and brought subs into the game to make us a more rounded team today ? Or the last game ?

Who cares K, we got a well ground out win, dont need bellends on a wind up mate.

Onwards and upwards.

Am as chuft as anyone with the start, but really grating me now. Feels like wer following a team in another country. They may as well be playing 3000 miles away. Same for everyone I know but in no way does it feel anything like a 'football ' season.

Also very pleased with the start, wanted to watch that game today, attempted to buy the stream on the website but kept getting he message “oops, authorisation cookie has not been set.”
Wtf is that all about?

Yeah totally agree unfortunately. It's better than nothing I guess, but it's not the same as being there.

Agreed. I find it quite difficult to sit and watch a game on TV with no atmosphere generated by the crowd. As you say not like being there and not being there is one thing, at least with crowd noise it makes the game easier to watch

I had Leeds v Man City on after the Swans and the Sky commentators were saying what an exciting game it was all the time but it just felt totally flat

Cardiff City v Swansea City
