Will the code work for anyone other than myself purchasing a ticket?

I've just tried to book 3 tickets on my account. The other 2 being linked and have discount codes, It only allows me to put 1 code in giving £10 discount in total against the 3 and not £30.

Anyone found this problem?

Had to have the 3 of us log on into our accounts and select the 3 seats individually and then get £10 off each ticket.

Luckily nobody was selecting the seats.

All st holders, Jack army members and match ticket purchasers should have received an email in the past few days.

Yes we had to log on and then select the seats on the 3 accounts, double checking we had the 3 together before buying.

That gave us £10 each off the tickets

All Jack Army members, all match-ticket purchasers for the 2022-23 season, and all season ticket holders have been emailed a code which will give supporters £10 off for this game.

Season-ticket holders, who will already have a ticket for the game, can use the code for a discount to purchase an individual ticket for a friend or family member.

Please note that this code is only redeemable for the Birmingham City home game and codes will become valid during each supporter's relevant sales window.
