Someone had thier head taken off after being struck by a vehicle by all accounts, members of the public thought it was a Halloween stunt...

My daughter lives in Bridgwater and she just walks to the nearest point on the carnival procession route with her husband and daughter with folding chairs and flasks of hot drinks. It is quite spectacular and well worth seeing if you get the chance. We took her to see it 20 years ago and now she's taking her own daughter. How time has flown.
