Eye watering numbers and I’d like to know more, particularly regarding their revenue streams from corporate events held at the stadium.

In terms of transfer dealings it just goes to show how important the conveyor belt of talent is to clubs like us and them. They sold big in 2019, haven’t been able to replicate it in 2020 and the numbers speak for themselves. It also shows that money cannot buy success as from memory they reinvested a fair percentage of player sales back into purchases.

What good has that done them?

What I meant was , they won't do a derby county

Well let’s see how this goes. They’re not in the same level of trouble as Derby but that only became public knowledge when the owner stated that he wouldn’t cover the haemorrhaging of cash for the long term. Bristol City are not there yet, but neither are these results sustainable.

Yes, morris wouldn't put any more into derby, can't see lansdown doing that at Bristol but who knows
