• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Unbelievable  he's just endorsed his behaviour and given him carte blanche to continue his antic's :x

What he's said to him in private probably won't much reflect what he says publically. A bit of damage limitation I think.

Your quintessential, petulant, Man Utd player.

Not the first and definitely won't be the last.

"quintessential" What a word that is, its exquisite fair play :D

Unbelievable, can you imagine seeing a thread on a MUFC forum titled Matt Grimes.

Says a lot about some of our fans…that’s all.

I’m trying to imagine the day when we don’t have Matt Grimes threads on Swans forums.

Only posted it up after seeing it on BBC's online Football page after the furore following his behaviour on Sunday, which is only a continuation of his previous behaviour, which as now been endorsed by his manager.

It just a footballing story on a football forum, nothing more.

If we were in the Premiership and one of our players behaved similarly and that was highlighted on the Tele I'd guess that would be mentioned on other forums somewhere as well.

There aren’t any rules as to what you can post on the football forum it doesn’t say Swansea City topics only, mind you it’s nowhere near as bad as when Dalglish was defending Suárez.

Seeing Noddy's mate push the lino, I thought if it had been a Swans player, the red card would have been on fire with the speed the ref pulled it out of his pocket.
Or any team playing one of the "big 6"

Detecting a bit of South Wales second big team syndrome here.

Daz and his love of Alex Ferguson
Daz and his hatred for Liverpool as a city, exacerbated by perch

He definitely has a motive and an axe to grind against anyone who was successful for Liverpool
