Can anyone help find an old Vetch Field Final Season photo book?

Looking for a photo book of the Vetch Field Final Season.

Does anyone know what this book was called? From what I can recall it was a photo book of the final season, and included photos of the last ever game (Swans V Wrexham).

I remember looking through it once years ago and it had a photo of fans passing out the chairs they’d broken from the South Stand. I really want that photo as it has myself and a good mate in it.
