From 2014/5 season to the one just finished.

We are officially 24th in the league for the most fans lost attendance wise over that period.

Another pointer to poor previous ownership.

ok, but that time frame includes years in Prem Lge which other Championship clubs didnt get

When you compare our attendances to the last time we were in the Championship they are pretty much identical. Most other clubs in the Championship have increased their following by several thousand. The positive in this is that there's no good reason why we can't grow our support. Winning, attractive football helps if course.
 
I think we should use aggressive dynamic pricing to fill the stadium every game. If that means selling tickets for a couple of quid at the outset so be it. Capacity crowds will help the team, generate a sense of occasion and will hopefully create a sense of scarcity, which will help to manufacture a buzz around watching the Swans, and a virtuous circle of support so that discounted tickets become fewer and fewer.
