• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

This is quite impressive. I've tried asking it to solve work problems, which it's been pretty good at. I've asked it to write a haiku about beer, a limerick about a former footballer, though it has limitations - it couldn't meet my request to write a 5014 word essay on life in a milk bottle.

Here's a haiku it just wrote:

Jason Scotland's touch
Golden goals flow from his feet
A striker supreme

An interesting device. Not sure what it will get used for other than doing kids' homework.

On the trip we just went on there was a full sized robot serving drinks. Others were amused, I found it terrifying, and not just because it put ice in scotch. Once all this is linked up, humans will be unnecessary.

That said, maybe a robot Piroe will contribute more. At least he’d be able to crack out a haiku.

Just spent a couple of hours talking about Open AI GTP 4. Bloody hell, scary and fascinating at the same time. Fried my tiny little brain it did.🥴👍
