If he goes, that's us nailed on for League one come season 24/25, cause he won't be replaced with anyone remotely capable of coming even close to what he has given us and moreso if Martin and Winters are still here.

You must very confident about season 23/24 survival then

He's not signing an extension so we'll sell. Question is how low are they prepared to go 3-4m?

First of all imagine, God forbid, Martin is still here next season?
His mantra when he came here, “I’ve had no preseason.they’re not my players. Give me time for THE PROCESS to bed in. Wait until i bring my own players in”
And where are we now? Worst off than when he came here nearly 2 years down the line !
I’ve never known a manager to upset sooo many players, too many to even list.
This guy is a walking, delusional, disaster of a manager, one who has for me personally, ripped out the joy of going to watch my beloved Swans.
If he’s still here next season, that’s me, (and I know a good few others) that will be done renewing they’re seasons.

The yanks will sell him for a packet of pork scratchings and a can of Dr pepper an all

2 seasons with great scoring records, let’s hope we can squeeze at least 10M.

Not sure about the line in the article that the days of big transfer fees for Championship clubs is over. Brentford paid almost £20m to Hull for Keane Lewis-Potter last summer.

I appreciate we're not getting that for a player in the last year of his contract, but we don't need to be accepting bargain basement bids for him. Like Swansea93 says above, let's hope we can get something around £10m for him.

Unfortunately we're nailed on for the drop next season if he stays (he probably won't) regardless...

Nothing is signed. If Martin is replaced in the summer by someone who knows how to organize a football team, they might stay. If not they would be fools not to leave.

5 million with add ons at best, and that's a stretch

I agree. And probably his worth, tops, much as it pains. He has no pace and loses the ball too often. He can put the ball in the net, but so could Ted McDougall (one for the oldies there).

If we don't sell he will run down his contract and leave for nowt like Manning, getting increasingly detached. If Martin fucks off it may change things, but we need to sell him if we can to cover costs. There is no one else that would fetch two bob.

Edit: this fucking site has one hell of a fucking swear filter.

No way we'll get ten million for Piroe

Even if we did have a few clubs bidding for him, I can't see us navigating a bidding war successfully for a player that is out of contract in 1 year.
