Are they actually or is this a Bale thing again? Nice will obviously have to release him first. And even then they can't sign as many free agents as they want, depends on how many they have in the squad.

I dunno to be honest, he probably want 50k a week at least, can't see Tan splashing that kind of dosh despite the feel good factor that he might bring, who knows.
