After the last couple of performances I feel more optimistic that I have for a couple of years. A little bit of strength in depth, players who can fit in without really weakening the side. Also we now have a 'minder' in Kasey Palmer, who took justifiable retribution on McLean on Tuesday. Maybe teams won't be so ready to kick us about so much now.
Smith no shrinking violet either. Our football is looking good too with the little bit of variation that I've always craved.

Tuesday night I maintain is the best performance I've seen from us under Cooper. Birmingham and Carditt at home last season we were good too but for the all round control and attacking intent it would be Tuesday.

Definite reasons for optimism

Definitely the best performance by a swansea side under cooper no doubt and the last two performances bode well as several different players got a run out.

If we signed a decent bloody striker we'd be top two this year I'm sure of it

There is still a chance that either gyokeres or even cullen could be that striker.
