I like this approach. Back players 100% in public. Give them pelters if their underperforming behind closed doors.
 
Dhanda had plenty of opportunity to run at Stoke defenders and get inside the box. Instead he chose to telegraph the ball to Fulton who was already marked.

Too lightweight for this league for me and not the only ones - Flynn and Paterson are pussy cats nor dogs.
