• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Got nothing to do with it Darren
Racists exist in every club, certainly amongst the supporters at Swansea, i know.
Valencia did the right thing
An example all teams should follow, until sport starts taking racism seriously

My mate is Afro Caribbean, he’s from Cardiff but has lived in Barcelona for the last 20 years. I’ve been to visit him many times and he always goes in about how racist the Spanish are, it’s much worse than here. It’s never been tolerated amongst our support either, I’ve seen quite a few valley boys “put right” over the years by the lads from south cardiff....they learnt the hard way. It’s where our two clubs differ greatly.

I was in the Grandstand for the Jan 20 fixture as a guest of a family member, Naughton and Routledge were both given racist abuse from a handful of fans sitting about 10 to 15 yards away, Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the row or seat numbers as people were jumping up and down, otherwise I'd have reported it. There are good and bad wherever you go, to imply there aren't racist Cardiff fans arent is guff.

Unfortunately they do exist, good and bad everywhere. I’d imagine routledge getting grief as he’s pretty unpopular are you sure it was racist? In the grandstand too?

Defo racist comments, no doubt at all. Canton side of the Grandstand, bottom section. As you say there’s good and bad everywhere
